What’s in a house clean?
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, benches, dusting, switches and handles. We don’t move heavy furniture.
End of lease — why more?
A vacate is a full bond clean. A 3-bed is $550, 2-bed $470, 4-bed $680. Local jobs often sit $400–$500 — we price a bit above that so it’s done properly. Oven is extra.
What’s in the cleaner?
Natural products as the default. Most wipe-downs are white vinegar steeped on orange peels, then diluted. No bleach fog. If something needs a stronger product, we say so first.
Why is the oven $175?
That’s a full clean: inside, outside, door glass, racks and trays. Bendigo jobs typically sit $150–$200. A 90 cm oven or the cooktop included is quoted up from $175.
How do we track the job?
We email a private link. No public lookup form. Same link for approval, price changes, invoice and receipt.
Weekly or fortnightly?
Regular house cleans can be weekly (15% off) or fortnightly (10% off). We invoice after each visit. Bond / end-of-lease is a one-off.
Are you insured?
Yes. Work is fully insured. ABN 84 162 448 901. We email a private tracking link for the quote, the visit and the tax invoice.
